The 10,000 sq. ft. urban plaza features a reflecting pool, tree-lined promenade and an outdoor café. An internally lit 220ft long and 20 ft. high glass screen provides consistent 3 fc light level throughout the plaza.

A façade-mounted row of low-profile custom lighting fixtures evenly illuminates the walkway along the building. The effect is created by adding a layer of a linear spread lens to the fixtures’ glass panel, which “stretches” beams of concealed spotlights along the walkway. A layer of semi-reflective silver film obscures the view of two standard exterior-grade fixtures concealed inside the custom housing.
