The wire-glass facade which shimmers as it reflects the sun becomes transparent at night. The people inside the theater’s foyer are perceived as “performers” when viewed from outside by passersby. This effect is created by four-story high linear lights hidden in the vertical “folds” constructed between the walls of the foyers. The concealed lights illuminate the background, allowing the figures on the stairway to be seen in silhouette.
